A coaching partnership can be easily made available for any budget, based on the number and length of coaching sessions. Coach and coachee typically meet on a weekly basis, or on a schedule that meets your needs. We recommend a three month coaching contract to get the best results. However, we will work with your coaching/training budget to provide excellent leadership coaching/trainings. Coaching can be conducted onsite or via convenient telephone sessions.
During our confidential sessions, a Professional Coaching Plan is developed. Specific goals are defined, action steps are discussed, and challenges are dealt with on a weekly basis, to assure success and momentum toward goals is sustained.
